Visiting Care

As and when needed we are there for you.

Little and often, our visiting care makes a real difference

Visiting care offers the support you want, when you need it, so you can continue living from the comfort of your own home. With help from as little as half an hour a week and up to several visits a day, a visiting carer can make all the difference.

We’re here with a helping hand when you need it most and believe the best kind of care is care that’s reliable, consistent and completely custom-made to you. From support with your medication and going to the toilet through to knowing your favorite meal and whether you prefer a bath or shower, our visiting care service lets you continue living the life you want, on your terms.

How we monitor visiting care

With visiting care, we use software management technology to track and monitor our home care visits. Each carer can easily log their start and finish times for each care visit. If your carer is delayed, maybe because of traffic or poor weather conditions, we are automatically alerted so we can inform you and make other arrangements if necessary. Alongside ensuring your welfare, this technology also means that we know where our carers are at any one time, so we can ensure their safety if there is ever an accident or problem.

Our professional care teams work within their own local areas and so there is a strong likelihood that they are already supporting somebody in your village or town already.

Care that’s built around you

We understand how important it is to keep your independence. If things get too much to manage on your own, we’re here to step in with extra support. That’s the real difference with visiting care. With Global Care, your home care support can shrink or grow, if or when your needs change. We cover the full range of care services for adults of all ages, from offering companionship and help around the home.

First of all, give us a call. Our team speaks to hundreds of families each week, understanding their needs and discussing what care services we can provide in return. This is an informal chat – a chance for you to ask the questions you have and allay any fears or preconceptions about asking for help.
